HIPAA-ready IT for Utah clinics, run by the team that answers your helpdesk

The same people who fix the front-desk printer maintain your security baseline and your compliance documentation, so an audit question gets an answer instead of a scramble. Medical, dental, and behavioral health practices across the Salt Lake Valley.

A small team answers, not a call center.

Day to day, a clinic's IT looks like ordinary uptime: front desk machines, the EHR, printers, phones, and email that has to work every hour patients are in the building. Every one of those systems also happens to be a HIPAA obligation, something you have to document, secure, and answer for if it's ever asked about.

The gap we usually find isn't in day-to-day operations. It's in the paperwork behind them: a risk analysis that's overdue or was a checkbox exercise, an old server in a closet nobody's sure still holds patient data, email encryption that was configured once by someone who has since left.

We work with medical, dental, and behavioral health practices across the Salt Lake Valley, typically with 1 to 500 staff.

What we do about it

HIPAA risk analysis support

HIPAA requires a documented security risk analysis. We help you complete one, fix what it finds, and keep the documentation current for audits and attestations.

Microsoft 365 email migration

We move practices off aging mail servers onto Microsoft 365, with encryption and retention policies configured for patient communication.

Device management with Intune and Entra

Every workstation and laptop is enrolled, encrypted, and updated centrally. A lost laptop becomes a wipe command, not a breach report.

Microsoft Secure Score improvement

Secure Score is Microsoft’s measurement of how well your 365 environment is locked down. We raise it methodically and show you the movement at each review.

Already have an IT person?

You do not have to replace them to work with us

Often it means we work alongside them. Plenty of our clients keep an internal point person for day-to-day questions and bring us in for the security stack, the compliance work, and the escalations one person cannot cover alone. We will tell you honestly which parts you do not need us for.

If you are leaving another provider, we run a documented transition and request the handover materials directly, so it stays professional.

Healthcare questions we hear

Yes. We handle the network, workstations, and Microsoft environment, and we coordinate directly with your EHR vendor for their application. You stop being the go-between.

It is a documented review of where patient data lives, what could compromise it, and what safeguards are in place. We walk through it with you, produce the documentation, and turn the findings into a fix list.

Yes. We manage multi-location practices today, with consistent firewalls, wireless, and device policies at every site.

Often, yes. Some practices keep an internal point person for day-to-day questions and use us for the security stack, compliance work, and escalations.
