IT services for Utah non-profits, priced like you are one

Non-profit licensing, security, and a provider that respects a board-approved budget.

A small team answers, not a call center.

Non-profit IT is a resourcing puzzle. The mission comes first in every budget conversation, staff wear multiple hats, and technology gets attention when something breaks or a funder asks a hard question.

The good news is that non-profits have options most small businesses do not. Microsoft licenses much of 365 at steep non-profit discounts, and some of it is granted outright. Configured well, a small organization can run enterprise-grade email, file sharing, and security for a fraction of commercial cost.

The organizations we serve also carry data obligations of their own. Donor records, client case files, and for behavioral health and treatment programs, records covered by 42 CFR Part 2, the federal confidentiality rule that is stricter than HIPAA about disclosure.

We manage the whole environment on an agreement scoped to your size and budget, keep the licensing honest, and put security in place that satisfies both your board and your funders. We work with non-profits across the Salt Lake Valley.

What we do about it

Microsoft 365 non-profit licensing

Microsoft offers deep discounts and grants to eligible non-profits. We get you qualified, licensed correctly, and off any plans you are overpaying for.

Budget-conscious service tiers

We scope the agreement to what your organization needs, and we will tell you when the cheaper tier is the right answer.

Security awareness training

Staff and volunteers are the most common way attackers get in. We run short, recurring training and phishing tests that build habits without eating meeting time.

42 CFR Part 2 support

42 CFR Part 2 is the federal confidentiality rule for substance use treatment records, stricter than HIPAA in places. If your organization does behavioral health or treatment work, we configure systems with that rule in mind.

Grant and audit documentation

Funders increasingly ask about data security. We keep your environment documented so those questionnaire answers are ready.

Already have an IT person?

You do not have to replace them to work with us

Often it means we work alongside them. Plenty of our clients keep an internal point person for day-to-day questions and bring us in for the security stack, the compliance work, and the escalations one person cannot cover alone. We will tell you honestly which parts you do not need us for.

If you are leaving another provider, we run a documented transition and request the handover materials directly, so it stays professional.

Non-profit questions we hear

Our pricing is per person per month, published on our pricing page, and non-profit licensing discounts often offset a good share of the cost. If the numbers do not work, we will say so early.

Yes. We handle the eligibility process with Microsoft and set up the granted and discounted licenses correctly.

We set up volunteer accounts with limited access and clean expiration, so helping hands never become permanent security holes.

It is the federal rule protecting substance use disorder treatment records. It applies to federally assisted programs that provide that treatment. If that is you, your record systems and email need specific handling, and we build for it.

We give you a plain-language security summary you can put in front of a board: what is protected, what changed this quarter, and what risks are accepted or open.
