Most IT bills go up when something breaks. Ours doesn’t.

A managed service agreement is a flat monthly fee, not an hourly meter. We make the same amount whether your network hums along quietly or goes down at 2am, which means we have every reason to keep it quiet. You stop being the IT coordinator. Problems get fixed by people who are paid to prevent them, not just to show up after they happen.

What managed IT includes

We name the tools we run, because you deserve to know what you are paying for and it makes our quarterly reviews concrete.

Helpdesk your staff will use

People who answer, fix the problem, and know your environment because we built it. Support for every employee by phone, email, or portal, on-site visits when hands are needed, and clean onboarding and offboarding for every hire and departure.

Security that runs every day

Huntress endpoint detection and response on every computer, WatchGuard firewalls with active security services, and AuthPoint multi-factor authentication, monitored and maintained, not installed and forgotten. Security awareness training and phishing simulation keep your team part of the defense instead of the weak point.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 management

Licensing, email, identity, and security policies handled centrally for whichever platform you run, or both together, including non-profit and education plans, so nothing depends on one person remembering how it was set up.

Network you can trust

UniFi and WatchGuard are our preferred vendors for wireless, switching, and cameras, designed for your building and managed remotely, though we’re not locked into one brand if you’re already invested elsewhere. Intune for Windows and Addigy for Mac keep every machine encrypted, updated, and enrolled to the organization instead of whoever unboxed it.

Backups that restore

Every critical system backed up, with restores tested on a schedule, because a backup only counts when it comes back.

Compliance support

HIPAA and PCI DSS 4.0 technical controls and documentation, security questionnaires answered for insurers, funders, and partners, and quarterly business reviews with a set agenda and an asset inventory you can budget against.

Who this is for

  • Organizations of roughly 1 to 500 people who’ve outgrown a single “IT person” or a break-fix guy
  • Healthcare, education, hospitality, and non-profit teams with compliance or licensing requirements: HIPAA, PCI DSS 4.0, non-profit and education Google and Microsoft plans
  • Located in the Salt Lake Valley and nearby Wasatch Front, close enough that on-site means someone shows up
  • Leadership that wants a named team and a quarterly review, not a ticket number and a different tech every time

Who this is not for

  • Organizations outside Utah looking for remote-only support
  • Anyone shopping purely on the lowest monthly price

If that is you, we will still point you toward a good option. Honest fit matters more to us than one more signature.

Our proven process

The first three steps get you onto solid ground. The last two run for as long as the agreement does.

  1. 01

    Assess

We inventory everything: devices, accounts, licenses, network gear, vendors, and the problems you already know about.

  2. 02

    Strategize

Your environment gets written down properly and the findings get ranked, so nothing lives only in one head.

  3. 03

    Execute

Security baseline first, then the migrations, then a planned cutover. Your staff get one number and one email.

  4. 04

    Own

We clear the backlog, then run day-to-day support, monitoring, security, and the vendor calls you used to make.

  5. 05

    Elevate

Quarterly reviews with a real agenda and numbers keep the roadmap current instead of stale.

Where the flat fee stops

What’s inside the fee, and what isn’t

The flat monthly fee covers everything on this page: helpdesk, security, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, network management, backups, and compliance support, for the environment you already have. It doesn’t cover buying things.

New hardware, a new office build-out or move, and one-off projects like a major platform migration get scoped and quoted separately, with a number before we start, not folded into the retainer or billed by surprise.

Already have an IT person?

You do not have to replace them to work with us

Often it means we work alongside them. Plenty of our clients keep an internal point person for day-to-day questions and bring us in for the security stack, the compliance work, and the escalations one person cannot cover alone. We will tell you honestly which parts you do not need us for.

If you are leaving another provider, we run a documented transition and request the handover materials directly, so it stays professional.

Common questions

A flat monthly fee that covers support, security, and management of your whole environment. Instead of paying by the hour when things break, you pay a predictable amount for things to be handled.

Per-person monthly pricing is published on our pricing page, with ranges by tier. We give an exact number after a short discovery of your environment.

It depends on how many people it affects, not who calls first, and it’s for managed service clients, not break-fix or pre-paid hours. Everything down: one-hour remote response on weekdays (best effort), two hours after hours or on a holiday, on-site within four hours either way. Some people affected: two-hour remote response on weekdays, twelve hours after hours, on-site within a day either way. One person affected: twelve-hour remote response and on-site within seventy-two hours during business hours. After-hours support is for emergencies, so a single-user issue reported after hours is picked up the next business day.

It depends on what you want. Some clients keep an internal person who works with us. If you are leaving another provider, we run a documented transition and request handover materials directly, so it stays professional.

Yes. EHR vendors, POS vendors, ISPs, copier companies, and software support all become calls we make instead of calls you make.

Our sweet spot is 1 to 500 people in the Salt Lake Valley. Above that, you likely need a larger provider or internal staff, and we will point you the right way.

You choose a 6 or 12 month term when you sign, and it renews automatically for that same length unless either side cancels before the renewal.

Yes, properly. We are an Apple Consultants Network member, and we manage Macs alongside Windows fleets, Intune for Windows and Addigy for Mac, so both get the same centrally-managed encryption, patching, and enrollment.
