IT that keeps Utah restaurants serving

POS, WiFi, menu boards, and card payments all have to work through every rush, at every location. We manage the whole stack so your team can stay on the floor.

A small team answers, not a call center.

A restaurant runs on more technology than most guests ever notice. POS terminals and handhelds, kitchen display screens, menu boards, guest WiFi, cameras, music, and the card payments underneath all of it. None of it gets a quiet moment to fail gracefully. It works during the rush or it costs you money and reviews the same night.

The pattern we see is the same in most places: WiFi that buckles when the dining room fills, a single internet line that takes card payments down with it when the provider hiccups, menu screens running on consumer TVs and a stick player someone set up years ago, and, for groups with more than one location, a different network setup at every site depending on who installed it.

Each of those is fixable, and none of them are fixable by the manager on a Friday night. Stable coverage, a second connection with automatic failover, signage on managed hardware, and one consistent, secure network design across every location. That is infrastructure work, done once and maintained.

We take over the whole picture and keep it running, with support hours that match yours. We work with restaurants and restaurant groups across the Salt Lake Valley.

What we do about it

WiFi that survives the dinner rush

Guest WiFi and operations WiFi on separate networks, built on UniFi, with coverage that reaches the patio and the kitchen. Your POS tablets and handhelds never compete with a dining room full of phones.

Internet failover that keeps cards running

A single internet line means one outage stops every card payment in the building. We add a second connection, wired or cellular, with automatic failover, so an ISP outage becomes an inconvenience instead of a cash-only night.

Digital signage that just works

Menu boards and displays on managed hardware, updated remotely, and monitored, so a price change happens from one screen and a dead display gets caught before the doors open.

Secure management across locations

Every location gets the same firewall, the same network design, and the same policies, all managed remotely from one dashboard. Opening a new spot becomes a repeatable build, not a from-scratch project.

POS isolation and PCI compliance

Payment systems belong on their own segmented network, away from guest WiFi and the office machine. We build and maintain that separation and keep the PCI questionnaire answers grounded in how things are configured.

Already have an IT person?

You do not have to replace them to work with us

Often it means we work alongside them. Plenty of our clients keep an internal point person for day-to-day questions and bring us in for the security stack, the compliance work, and the escalations one person cannot cover alone. We will tell you honestly which parts you do not need us for.

If you are leaving another provider, we run a documented transition and request the handover materials directly, so it stays professional.

Restaurants questions we hear

With a second connection and automatic failover. When the primary line drops, traffic moves to the backup in seconds, and POS and card processing keep working. We also monitor the failover itself, because a backup nobody tests is a backup that does not work.

Yes. POS vendors support their terminals and software. The network they ride on, its isolation, and its internet connection are what we take on, and we coordinate with the vendor directly so you are not the go-between.

Yes. Signage players, menu boards, and dining room TVs are network devices, and they behave when they are on managed hardware with someone watching them. Content updates happen remotely, across every location at once if you want.

That is exactly the point of how we build. Same equipment, same configuration, same security at every site, managed centrally. A fix or a policy change rolls out everywhere instead of one location at a time.

Your busiest hours are evenings and weekends, so our support arrangements account for them. We also schedule maintenance and changes for the hours you are dark, not during prep or service.
